Du machst die Übung am besten am Abend, denn es geht darum, deinen Tag zu reflektieren und nachzuspĂŒren, an welchen Stellen du zu sehr ĂŒber deine Grenzen gegangen bist oder dich zu sehr angepasst oder verbogen hast.

Wenn du die Übung am Morgen machst, kannst du gern auch deinen gestrigen Tag reflektieren oder du denkst an ein bestimmtes Ereignis, das dich in letzter Zeit sehr angestrengt hat und bei dem du dich nicht wie du selbst gefĂŒhlt hast.

Wenn du diese Übung regelmĂ€ĂŸig machst, wirst du aufmerksamer dafĂŒr, wann dir etwas zu viel wird und du besser auf dich achten solltest.
