Today’s guest is Kade Kendall; entrepreneur, coach, and the owner of the highly successful Transformation Unit 247 gym in Barrow-in-Furness.


This was a powerful and honest conversation with a high-performing businessman who has also competed at a top level in bodybuilding.


We explored Kade’s journey from his early school years, dealing with bullying and body image issues, as well as his struggles with dyslexia. Despite those challenges, he found a way out through sport; whether it was golf, football, or cricket.


In one of the most raw parts of the interview, Kade opens up; publicly for the first time; about the lowest point in his life, in the hope that it might support others facing similar challenges.
