A disappointing result at the City Ground, as an attacking looking Reds line-up failed to capitalise, before Burnley took the lead through some neat play down the left presented Zeki Amdouni with his second goal against Forest in just a few weeks. Fortunately, some excellent hold-up play from Taiwo Awoniyi gave the ball to Callum Hudson-Odoi on the corner of the box, and the debutant curled a beauty into the top corner to make it honours even.
