Dr. Will Cole is a leading functional medicine expert who consults patients around the world via webcam and locally in Pittsburgh. Dr. Cole was named one of the top fifty functional-medicine and integrative doctors in the nation, and is the author of the book, Ketotarian, in which he melds the powerful benefits of a ketogenic diet with a plant-based one.

It’s time to seriously rethink how we approach preventative care for chronic illness. Hint: it starts on your plate. A carb-restricted diet has come a long way since Dr. Atkins started touting steak and eggs as the breakfast of champions. We’re happy to report there’s now room for veggie lovers at this table, and Dr. Cole breaks it down for us in simple to understand terms.
