JonBenet Ramsey's Father Discusses The Stark Differences In The Moscow Case And His Daughters

The JonBenét Ramsey case is a high-profile, unsolved murder mystery that occurred in Boulder, Colorado, in 1996.

JonBenét Ramsey was a 6-year-old beauty pageant contestant who was found murdered in her family's home on December 26, 1996. Her parents, John and Patsy Ramsey, reported her missing and claimed to have found a ransom note demanding $118,000.

However, later that day, JonBenét's body was discovered in the basement of the Ramsey's home. She had been strangled and had a severe head injury. The circumstances surrounding the murder, including the ransom note and the fact that the family did not immediately contact the police, raised suspicions and made the case highly publicized.

The investigation was marked by controversy and mishandling. Suspicion initially fell on the Ramsey family, including JonBenét's parents and her older brother, Burke. They were subjected to intense media scrutiny, but they maintained their innocence.

The case was complicated by a lack of physical evidence and a ransom note that appeared to be written within the Ramsey home. Some investigators and experts suggested that an intruder might have been responsible, while others believed the family might be hiding something. The Boulder police were criticized for not securing the crime scene properly, and their handling of the case came under scrutiny.

Despite years of investigation and several grand jury proceedings, no one was ever charged or convicted in connection with JonBenét Ramsey's murder.

To this day, the case remains unsolved, and it continues to be a subject of public fascination and speculation, with various theories and suspects proposed over the years.

In this episode, we hear from Jonbenet Ramsey's father who talks about the differences in how the Moscow Murders investigation was handled and how his daughters case was handled, and how Boulder PD had just stuffed their pride, he thinks that his daughters killer would have already been brought to justice.

The Mega Edition: Jay-Z And His Motion To Sanction Tony Buzbee (Parts 1-2) (10/15/25)

Defendant Shawn Carter, known as Jay-Z, has filed a motion for sanctions and dismissal of the complaint against him under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11, arguing that the plaintiff’s claims lack legal merit and are unsupported by factual evidence. Carter asserts that the lawsuit is frivolous and intended to harass or burden him, violating Rule 11’s requirement that legal filings be grounded in a factual and legal basis. The memorandum outlines how the plaintiff’s complaint contains baseless allegations, lacks sufficient evidence, and misuses the judicial process. Carter’s legal team seeks not only dismissal of the case but also sanctions against the plaintiff and their counsel for filing the allegedly improper lawsuit. The memorandum further emphasizes that Rule 11 exists to prevent abuse of the court system and to deter frivolous litigation. Carter’s attorneys argue that the plaintiff's actions have wasted judicial resources and caused unnecessary legal expenses. They call for appropriate penalties, including financial sanctions, to discourage similar conduct in the future. Carter maintains that the court should swiftly dismiss the complaint to uphold the integrity of the judicial system and ensure accountability for those who misuse it.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Microsoft Word - Rule 11 Motion for Sanctions - FINAL(15510670.10).docxBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-moscow-murders-and-more--5852883/support.

Grace O'Marcaigh's Diddy/Christian Combs Lawsuit Has Been Dismissed By The Judge (10/15/25)

Grace O'Marcaigh's Diddy/Christian Combs Lawsuit Has Been Dismissed By The Judge (10/15/25)

A judge recently dismissed the civil lawsuit filed by Grace O’Marcaigh against Diddy (Sean “Diddy” Combs) and his son Christian, which alleged that Christian sexually assaulted her aboard a yacht chartered by his father. O’Marcaigh’s case had accused Diddy of aiding and abetting the alleged assault—claiming he created a permissive, “debauchery” environment and bore responsibility for oversight. But the dismissal indicates the court found her claims insufficient: the complaint did not include enough factual allegations tying Diddy to direct involvement or to California jurisdiction, especially given that the alleged events took place in international waters.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Sean 'Diddy' Combs and Christian get sexual assault case dismissed after yacht stewardess claimed son ‘attacked’ herBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-moscow-murders-and-more--5852883/support.
