9/24/25 - Fear, Violence, and the Democrat Party

On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, with thousands of witnesses interviewed by the January 6th committee, they didn't reveal much of anything. Ivanka Trump's testimony wasn't unusual given that she's left the White House at the time and wasn't plugged into campaign operations. No one questioned what information Bill Barr had seen, especially since most election issues are handled at the state level, not the federal level. A court of law would never allow a one-sided process like this committee. Then, it's not easy to be misrepresented by some unhinged critic or political foe. A new poll from Southern Poverty Law Center shows that half of young Democrats are okay with the assassination of political foes. Yet no one says anything about President Biden, Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, and the rest of the Democrats spewing their violent rhetoric. Later, Author Julie Kelly calls in to explain that Pelosi's Jan. 6th Committee has one goal, and it's to drive a stake through the heart of the MAGA movement. Kelly mentioned the story of Matthew Perna, a Jan 6 detainee that committed suicide after the Feds kept piling charges on him for being at the Capitol. Seditious conspiracy is the latest charge the government is pursuing against 100 detainees. Afterward, Congressman Mo Brooks calls in with an update on his campaign against a Mitch McConnell lobbyist running for the U.S Senate against him in Alabama. On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, Speaker Nancy Pelosi refuses to pass a bill to protect Supreme Court Justice’s the same way that Congress is protected. Even though the National Guard is on call this won't ensure protection for the Justices. Democrats have no problem stripping the Court of its independence by packing it to change its makeup. Also, Pelosi's January 6 committee is an abomination; this is the first time in U.S history that a committee is hand-picked by the speaker of the House with no opposition. The tyranny of the majority and the tyranny of the legislature was serious concerns to our founders and Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats reject these concepts and shred our tradition and our republic. At the end of this committee hearing, the American people still won't know why Nancy Pelosi rejected President Trump's offer for the National Guard or why the Capitol Police failed to secure the building including waving people inside on January 6th. Then, a candidate running for the US presidency has every right to challenge the results of an election. Any President can seek legal advice and take an election to court. Al Gore challenged in 2000. The Florida legislature was set to intervene with a special session and name a slate of presidential electors, however, then-Chief Justice William Rehnquist took the case and didn't sit on his hands as Chief Justice Roberts did in 2020. The Republican legislatures in the battleground states that were in question had every right to name their electors if they felt that their authority under Article II of the Constitution was seized. Later does the VP have the power to choose electors as a remedial step if he believes it violates the Constitution? The VP has a duty to the Constitutional Oath he's taken. The law is untested and obscure in this regard. However, this committee will not have this discussion or have this debate. Afterward, Republican Conference Chair Elise Stefanik calls in to explain that Americans are smart and won't fall for the disinformation that Democrats are spreading to protect Pelosi from any liability for her security failures on January 6. The Speakers office refused to provide documents and failed to accept the intelligence warnings prior to January 6th. Finally, AZ Senate candidate Adam Laxalt calls in to discuss what is driving the Democrats' agenda. On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, Nicholas J. Roske, armed with a handgun, a knife, and a bag filled with tools and zip ties was arrested outside the home of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh after admitting he was there to murder Kavanaugh. Kavanaugh's home address was published online after being doxed by pro-abortion groups in May. Two years ago Sen Chuck Schumer threatened two Supreme Court Justices, is this not seditious? Yet, no one called for his resignation or for a televised congressional hearing during prime time. Then, Speaker Nancy Pelosi failed to secure the Capitol building and has sat on legislation to protect the Justices. No action was taken. Merrick Garland hasn't prosecuted a single public official for their actions, yet Pelosi will hold a hearing to smear President Trump. Later, The House passed a bill that will ambiguously ban high capacity 'assault weapons.' This bill faces a difficult fate in the U.S Senate. The term 'assault rifle' is misleading and has not been defined. Whereas machine guns or automatic weapons are already banned and have been banned under the assault weapons ban. AR-15's are semi-automatic just like a revolver or pistol that only shoots one bullet at a time and then reloads. On Monday's Mark Levin, as fuel prices have doubled, they will continue to go even higher because that’s what Barack Obama and President Biden have told us. Their plan has always been to drive up fuel and electricity costs. Barack Obama admitted that costs would skyrocket, and President Biden has admitted to ending fossil fuels. Biden's first week in office he issued an executive order to stop any new leases for domestic energy production inside of the United States. Now he wants to use the Defense Production Act to mass-produce solar panels, where most of the materials made are in China. The high cost of fuel cannot be blamed on Vladimir Putin, loathsome as he is. Then, news reports indicate that a former employee of Media Matters for America, Timothy Johnson, tweeted that higher-ups knew that their colleague Ben Dimiero was a sexual predator who went after other employees. This program has invited Media Matters to respond to these allegations on the air. Later, former White House Trade Advisor, Peter Navarro, joins the show to discuss his aggressive arrest for being held in contempt of Congress and was punitively held by the FBI for three hours with no food. Navarro opted to respect President Trump's presidential privilege. Navarro has filed a civil suit against the January 6th Committee for violating his Constitutional rights. Such a show trial with committee members hand-picked by Speaker Pelosi should never happen again. On Monday's Mark Levin Show, President’s Trump, Obama, Bush, Clinton, Bush, and Reagan all recognized D-Day yet President Biden refuses to recognize D-Day for the second year in a row. The brave men that gave their lives on the beaches of Normandy deserve to be honored. Reagan reminded us that the allied soldiers didn't bow their heads, they raised their heads to God whom they knew would nor forsake them as they battled their enemies in the world war. Also, Iran is about to create a nuclear weapon, Putin's intimating a nuclear strike, China has 2 million Muslims in concentration camps as they prepare to invade Taiwan, while our border is wide open, yet the democrats won't hold a single prime time hearing on those issues. Stalin's show trials were designed to create an impact on the public. Nancy Pelosi's January 6th Committee is conducting such a trial in their prime-time hearing tomorrow night. America has never seen such a committee where there is no representation from the minority, but for the never-Trumpers hand-picked by Pelosi. Pelosi is criminalizing political disagreements. The committee has nine former federal prosecutors and U.S attorneys focused on painting Trump as a seditious criminal, while Trump isn't allowed any representation and the witnesses can't call even respond by calling their own witnesses or cross-examinations. It's simply political theater, but instead of state-run media, it's our own complicit press that will broadcast this sham. Later, what is Congress to do if states send competing electors to the Archivist? Many questions can be asked but sedition, it is not. It's undefined whether or not it's up to the Vice President to accept or reject electors, he's taken an oath and there is no precedent for this ambiguous area of the law.  Afterward, former Governor and US Ambassador to the UN, Nikki Hailey, joins the show to discuss how she helped President Trump pull out of Obama's Iran Nuclear Deal. Haley discovered that the IAEA was useless in detecting whether Iran was actively enriching uranium. America continues to limp toward tyranny as a lawyer presents an open and shut case to a jury that was not objective and comprised of a few donors to the Hillary Clinton campaign and other ties to the judge. What America witnessed, with the Michael Sussman not guilty verdict, was jury nullification. The testimony presented by John Durham was clearly overwhelming, yet the jury felt it didn't meet the standard of guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt. Thanks to Big Media, America is engaged in a conversation on mass shootings, and mental illness with no real facts, or hard data. A word of thanks also goes to Mitch McConnell and the RINO Republicans for discussing pointless gun control measures in Congress, even though there isn't a single bill they could pass that would stop crazy people from hurting innocent people. We must thank President Biden for focusing his attention on 9mm pistols and revealing how senseless their gun-grabbing desires are, right? A year ago, a gallon of gas on average was $3.04, today a gallon of gas on average in California is $6.21 and this program predicts that the national average will surpass $5.00 for a gallon for regular gasoline by next week. The government's boot is still on the throat of America's energy producers. OPEC has agreed to ramp up production, but this does nothing to accelerate U.S energy production. This is unconstitutional as it violates the individual's Constitutional rights in a criminal proceeding. Earlier, Peter Navarro was held in contempt of Congress by the Congressional January 6th Committee. Navarro was indicted and immediately arrested at the airport and placed in handcuffs and leg irons for his political opposition to the committee's document request. Similarly, former Attorney General Eric Holder was held in contempt of Congress and was never arrested; clearly, there's a double standard. Democrats use Congress and its subpoena powers in the legislative branch to work as an apanage of law enforcement agencies in the executive branch. Then, some who advocate for judicial review reject the notion that then VP Mike Pence lacked the authority to send the electoral college votes back to their respective states. The constitution specifically points out that it is the state legislatures that decide and to ignore that would be a violation of the federal Constitution. Democrats repeatedly violated state legislatures in the 2020 election and the Supreme Court of the United States did nothing about it. Later, Candidate Dave McCormick conceded the PA Senate primary race after a recount and a lawsuit he filed on bad advice from his lawyer Chuck Cooper. It's critical that counter-culture Democrats be stopped in the midterms. The reason the culture is rotting is because the American Marxists are focused on destroying Americanism. They destroy the culture to seize more power and expand their ruling class which seeks political power above anything else. Afterward, tyrannically tinkering with the law for the sake of defending crimes and punishing the law creates a permanent place for plunder in society. In time the misery and corrosiveness of the American Marxists' utopian cause will rot the culture if not checked. Finally, Biden and Putin speak the same language and the economy is tanking while Biden keeps blaming Russia. Then, the Biden Administration is holding back federal funds for the free school lunch program unless the school adopts the Biden Administration's definition of Title IX regarding sexual identity. Biden is holding back food from kids from low-income families if they don't bow to Biden's woke agenda. Several governors are filing lawsuits to protect school lunch participants in their states. Later, President Biden and the Democrats always sarcastically ask if citizens should own nukes when making their case for gun control, but why won't Biden stop Iran from getting a nuclear weapon? Biden is paving the way for Iran to have nuclear warheads that can reach the U.S via intercontinental ballistic missiles. Afterward, Biden gives a speech at the White House calling for stronger gun control laws and he wants his trial lawyers lobby to be able to sue the 2nd amendment out of existence. Biden knows all it takes is one state or federal jury to issue a billion-dollar settlement to bankrupt gun manufacturers. This would insanely disarm law-abiding American citizens. If that happens then Americans should be able to sue do-nothing pro-criminal prosecutors, mayors, judges, and government officials that have qualified immunity. Finally, House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy joins the show to challenge Biden's remarks on gun control calling them disingenuous and adding that Biden should start with his son Hunter if he wants to be tough on gun crimes.
