Today we talk about the most powerful realization that can be used TODAY....

The idea of "letting go" simply means that we are allowing ourselves to no longer give our attention to a limitation, lack based narrative, or our suffering in a moment... It doesn't however mean that the emotion of it "goes away" instantly...

True transformation and deliberate creation means that we need to move through the energy of fear and doubt... Letting go is the start of this process... As you continue to move and make choices through the old energy, you are showing yourself and the Universe (also you) that you are "more powerful" than that old story...

Enough action taken through fear and doubt will decrease the suffering energy so much in your life that you will be able to get into a state of "alignment" with the new life, thing, or person you are asking for in your experience.
