What I Do When I Feel Overwhelmed - 989

Despite putting in more effort, our business projections for the last quarter were off by a staggering 50%. I will share frameworks for achieving success, and emphasize the importance of having an anchor person in your life who can support you through thick and thin.

Additionally, I will share a bit of a lifer update, the recent party I attended and the lies I told myself to overcome social anxiety, challenges in engaging in small talk, the overuse of filters on social media and the realization after a weekend alone that Bret plays a huge role in my ADHD management.

Lastly, I want to stress the significance of enlisting support from others on your journey to success. Surrounding yourself with a supportive network can make all the difference.
