In this episode of The Chalene Show, Chalene Johnson gives her honest and possibly controversial opinion on the world of fitness, bikini and bodybuilding competitions. She gives her thoughts on the mental and physical pitfalls, including hormone imbalances, metabolism, stress, and body dysmorphia.

Chalene also reflects about her moments in the spotlight during her time when she starred in countless consumer fitness programs, like TurboJam, TurboFire and PiYo, she admits to playing a role in certain unhealthy fitness ideals, and her own battles with body image.

But before she dives into the world of fitness competitions, Chalene gives a Life Update, now back from her over six months of travel. She shares the ups and the downs and the effects extensive travel has on sleep and a regular daily routine.
