53. Guided Prayer Meditation
This week I recorded a guided prayer meditation. It is so important for us to contemplate, meditate and pray to align ourselves over and over on our path, especially when we feel stagnant, stuck or just ungrounded. Prayer is a deeper way to connect to the divine and to yourself to know that you are always guided and supported. You can ask the Universe for anything and that which serves the highest and greatest good for you and for all will unfold. Words are healing, creating and manifesting, and thought is matter. There science that proves that prayer can help heal our and other's health, we can create more love through prayer and we can connect deeper into our divine connection within us through prayer. This meditation can be practiced whenever you feel like reconnecting with that aspect of yourself and the Universe and you can also listen to it before you fall asleep if you have a hard time falling asleep.
