Jabina is a licensed social worker, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, and is the creator of "Everyone Wants to Hold the Baby, Who Will Hold the Mother?" a call to action highlighting the lack of support Black birthing people are receiving before, during, and after pregnancy, as well as to educate birth workers, families, and communities on the importance of advocacy for equitable and safe perinatal health practices.
