Jonni Shreve, also known as "Mr. Tell It Like It Is," is a multifaceted IFBB Pro bodybuilder, ISSA Elite Strength and Conditioning certified, and Personal Training Nutritional coach, born July 12, 1983, in Windsor, Canada.

He's renowned in bodybuilding, participating in over 18 shows, with a significant victory as Mr. Canada in 2017 at the Canadian Nationals.

In addition to his bodybuilding career, Shreve is a musician, father, ex-college football player, and a self-proclaimed comedian. He's known for his adaptability, especially in the evolving realm of social media, where he runs a popular YouTube channel with over 600,000 subscribers.

Shreve also manages a successful online coaching business, serving both lifestyle clients and competitive bodybuilders. His commitment to mental health is evident as he competed drug-free at the 2023 Master Olympia, securing 5th in the 212 division, and has maintained a drug-free status for over two years.

His career highlights his dedication to fitness and nutrition, setting a positive example in the bodybuilding community.

2014: 5th in Arnold Amateur Heavyweight, 2nd in Heavyweight at CBBF Nationals

2015: 2nd place in CBBF Heavyweight

2016: 3rd place in Arnold Amateur, 3rd in CBBF, 2nd in Wieder All Heavyweight

2017: 1st place in Canadian Nationals Super Heavyweight, 13th in Vancouver Pro Open

2018: 16th in NY Pro, 13th in California Pro, 11th in Toronto Pro Open

2019: 9th in California Pro, 10th in Toronto Pro Open

2023: 5th place in 212 Master Olympia
