When you're going through your fertility journey, navigating the holidays can seem daunting: The holiday cards featuring someone's newborn or seeing a pregnant relative or hearing how one of your friends got pregnant so easily can be absolutely devastating depending on your current mindset. Then there's the "advice." Your aunt gives you her special 8-step routine to increase your fertility. Your mom thinks you need to change your diet. Someone else chimes in saying you must try this thing that their second cousin's sister did to become pregnant.

While bracing for the inappropriate questions to the unsolicited advice to the newly pregnant relative making their announcement at dinner, the holidays can seem, well, gloomy and dreadful.
