This is a very a special episode. Chalene shares her favorite way to Meditate. Meditation was part of the protocol Chalene was given by the Amen Clinic to repair her brain. Much like many of you Chalene finds it hard holding still and sitting silently in a room. The thought of empting her thoughts provoked anxiety. So she started to develop the practice of Moving Meditation. Moving meditation is a fantastic skill to develop especially for those who are not yet ready or perhaps intimidated by traditional meditation or a great addition to those who already practice traditional meditation.
