Summer is here. At least in California, it's getting hot. Here comes the season of yogurt. Although it is good to eat at any time of the year, summer is more favorable for yogurt. The warm temperature makes the fermentation easy and fast. A cool refrigerated yogurt is always a pleasing treat to our stomach.
