Three Easy Ways to Stay Authentic and Remember Who You Are in Social Settings

Welcome back to the Kind Organizing Podcast!
Today I'm chatting about three super simple ways to remember who you are—especially in those social moments when you feel yourself slipping into people-pleasing mode or forgetting what actually matters to you.

If small talk, holiday family gatherings, or being around new people makes you want to take care of everyone else and kinda abandon yourself (been there), this episode is totally for you. I get how easy it is to start shrinking back or becoming whoever you think others want you to be. Let's break that habit together... I'm sharing a few real-life tricks, including using a special object to help you stay grounded (think bracelet, pendant, or anything you can actually hold onto as your reminder)- mine is from a company called Narrative Jewelry- there are lots of great options out there.

Want more encouragement or some practical ways to feel validated at home and in your everyday life? Check out my Home Validation Toolkit—it's the resource I wish I'd had years ago, an audio course with a very easy daily process to help you reconnect with yourself.
Hit the link in these notes or swing by my website for all the details and to grab your toolkit!

I love hearing how these ideas work for you, so drop me a DM, leave a comment, or just let me know if you try something from this episode. Have an awesome week—I'm cheering you on every step of the way.
