OVERCOMING GYM ANXIETY

How to Overcome Gym Anxiety. I was asked this question on My Instagram @AlexJophiel. "How do you face gym anxiety and is that something that you've experienced before?" and the answer is YES! Gym anxiety is a real thing and it can make you feel like going to the gym is a place that your going to be judged. But in reality it's all in your head. So here are some tips to slay your next gym workout.

1- Try to realize that everyone at the gym doesn't care about what your doing, we are all there for the same reason. To be a better version of ourselves.

3- People want to look and judge you? Shine Bright and give them something to look at.
