221 || Three Homebirth Birth Stories with Lu Boghosian

 Today's episode is with Lu and it's about three home births, but it's really about so much more. This is an episode that I learned so much from. It's where childbirth education tapers off. And in this conversation we ventured into a world where we talked about. The expansion of the baby's journey and what it's like to tap into your intuition and build a relationship with your baby prior to them being earth side and how each birth is magically different because each baby's personality is different.

And if you listen. Quietly and closely and you intentionally spend time with your baby in pregnancy, they will start to let you know exactly who they are and what they need. I really enjoyed this conversation with Lou and we actually stayed on afterwards and chatted about how much I thought that there was a need.

To not just understand the stages of labor and the pros and the cons of the interventions in a hospital, and having a doula or a support person by your side to help advocate and navigate the birth journey, but how important it is. To build upon. Yes, if you're birthing in a hospital, you need that information, but how important it is to tap into the spiritual experience that's being offered to you in birth, and that is ultimately what today's episode is about.
