Weight-Inclusive Nutrition, Fat Positivity, & Eating Disorder Recovery With Kathleen Meehan, MS, RD

In episode 14 of Dr. Marianne-Land: An Eating Disorder Recovery Podcast, Kathleen Meehan and I explore weight-inclusive nutrition, fat positivity, and eating disorder recovery.

ABOUT KATHLEEN MEEHAN, MS, RD

Kathleen is an anti-diet, fat-positive dietitian with a virtual private practice located in Los Angeles. She uses a weight-inclusive approach to help clients heal from disordered eating, manage health conditions and rediscover the pleasure and satisfaction of food. Kathleen chose to work with eating disorders because she started to notice how normalized disordered eating is within weight-centric care. She is located in Los Angeles, California, and practices virtually in many states. Florida, Texas, Maryland, Ohio, and more.
