ARFID & Nutrition With Callie Holbrook, RD

Caroline "Callie" Holbrook, RD, and I talk about the ins and outs of ARFID (avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder) and nutrition. Callie and I have collaborated extensively on client cases, and we've seen up close the challenges folks with ARFID face. READ WHAT CALLIE HAS TO SAY! "Hi! My name is Caroline, but most people call me Callie. I am a Registered Dietitian living & working in San Diego, CA. I grew up in Alabama, but picked up & moved across the country 3 years ago. I have worked in various levels of eating disorder treatment including residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient. I have always had an interest in working in the field of eating disorders & have enjoyed every part of my journey in this field thus far. I recently opened my own private practice in San Diego, California, U.S., specializing in eating disorders, ARFID/selective eating, and Intuitive Eating. I also have experience providing nutrition counseling to those seeking a weight-neutral approach to diabetes care."
