The Coach-Parent Relationship and its link to Performance Success from Chapter 1 of "The Secrets to Optimal Performance Success" is discussed openly with some key insights on the role, how best to manage for the player and/or athlete along with advice on taking the next step towards that Top 10 endpoint. An introductory discussion with extracts from this Chapter, an initial look at this dynamic begins to conversation around the role of this relationship and also how it is reflected in our day to day lives and what we can take away and apply on court and/or the field to move closer towards our primary objective.
