Mindfulness: away from the training grounds

This is Episode 14 of Beyond Top 10 Tennis and we delve into the varying connotations to descriptives of mindfulness that has in fact been around in training to practice loads for well over the past 20+ years! That's right, it's far from a new concept and merely something often overlooked or perhaps pushed aside for some when in fact it is so incredibly important to fundamental in a player's to athlete's training. Additional insights are then shared around goal setting and their direct alignment with this practice and how the power of questioning really is your super power (thanks mum!).
