Longevity Through Physical Activity: The 15-Minute Habit/Musce of Habit. Alexandra Kash, CPT

Welcome to my podcast. I’m Alexandra Kash, BCS, CPT — Behavior Change Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer, and author of Longevity Through Physical Activity: The 15-Minute Habit and Muscle of Habit: Why Change Feels So Hard Even When You Know What to Do. This podcast is structured around two seasons, each based on one of my books. Season One expands on the science and ideas from Longevity Through Physical Activity: The 15-Minute Habit, exploring how movement enhances brain performance, strengthens the body, supports long-term vitality, and how just fifteen minutes of physical activity a day can make a meaningful difference. Season Two is based on Muscle of Habit: Why Change Feels So Hard Even When You Know What to Do. It goes deeper into the psychology and science of behavior change — exploring why knowing what to do is often not enough, what makes habits so difficult to change, and the deeper behavioral factors that can influence weight gain and our ability to create lasting change. Across both seasons, research is translated into practical, real-life understanding — connecting physical activity, behavior, habits, and longevity.
