I started fasting prior to all of the pandemic stay-at-home orders. I did pretty well and then actually made a lot of progress while I worked from home and stopped socialising around food. But ever since restrictions were lifted, I have not been able to get back to my focused approach that helped me so much in 2020 to the end of 2021.
