"Invisible" but Real Illness: Liz Rozet | EP10

"Invisible" but Real Illness: Liz Rozet | EP10

At 29, Liz Rozet hit a terrifying rock bottom — daily migraines, nerve pain, and complete exhaustion. What she thought were “just headaches” turned out to be a complex network of chronic conditions, including POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome), Type 1 Chiari malformation, hEDS (Hyper-mobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome), CCI (Cranial Cervical Instability), and MCAS (mast cell activation syndrome).

In this episode, Liz shares her journey through years of misdiagnoses, endless doctor visits, and the emotional weight of living with these “invisible illnesses” that are becoming more and more common. Her courage and persistence remind us that healing isn’t always linear — sometimes, it’s about learning to trust your own body again.
