What To Do When Symptoms Don’t Go Away

When you start your anxiety recovery journey, there comes a point when you’ve followed the steps and made some progress, but one symptom just won’t go away. No matter what you try, it lingers and makes you question if it’s anxiety at all.

It can be dizziness, a racing heart, digestive issues (as it was in my case), or any other anxiety symptom.

The good news is, there’s no need to panic. Struggling with one frustrating symptom is quite common during recovery. People who face this often feel they need to do more and start looking for new solutions online, hoping to find a magic fix.

However, deep down, we all know there’s no such thing as a magic solution. The key to overcoming anxiety is staying consistent with the recovery steps. Experimenting with new methods can sabotage the progress you’ve made so far.

In this episode, I’ll explain how to handle that persistent symptom and stay on track without falling into the trap of constantly switching strategies.
