Bad Feedback Is Advantageous Also

Not all advice is good advice, not all opinions are worth taking into consideration, predicated by the context those either advising or making apparent their opinions have. Often in business, those most inclined to give honest feedback are those dissatisfied with the service provided, those with nothing to lose and those majority of business owners are reluctant to ask for feedback from. During this podcast I teach Mel and Chief how dangerous overvaluing compliments can be and the reason why those easiest to ask for feedback from are often the lest inclined to be honest.
