Carolyn Coffin is the host of Inspired Soles and a Canadian runner. Through her podcast, she is inspiring and educating runners on everything from nutrition to pacing, all while chasing her own running goals.


At The Marathon Project in December Carolyn had a public goal, but ended up with a DNF. This was a big blow, and she's been open about how that was hard to handle.


In the first part of my conversation with Carolyn she shares how she's been dealing with this, but also how running without a watch might be her key to success going forward.
