We created this framework to replace the rushed, chaotic energy we often felt during the holidays with something more meaningful and intentional. Instead of just showing up to New Year's Eve parties and coasting into January, we wanted to reflect on the past year, celebrate our wins, and create a vision for the year ahead. Over time, this tradition has become one of the most impactful things we do as a family.

This framework includes three parts: reflecting on the past year, celebrating New Year's Eve with a fun family tradition, and setting goals for the year ahead. It's designed to include everyone, from young kids to teens, making it a unique way for families to grow together. Chris and I love how it allows us to pause, have meaningful conversations, and learn new things about our kids and each other.

One of the most exciting aspects is how much fun families have reported having with the New Year's Eve activities. From award ceremonies to family games, this tradition has become a favorite for many of you. And we've seen the impact it's had—bringing families closer, encouraging intentional growth, and helping everyone feel more connected and supported as they step into a new year.
