You Got Cheated On: Let's Talk About It

You Got Cheated On: Let's Talk About It

Maybe you were cheated on years ago. Maybe you’re going through it right now. Either way, if you’ve experienced it, you already know how soul-crushing it can be. Unfortunately (but also… kind of fortunately?), we’ve both been there, and today it’s finally time to get into it.

On this long-overdue episode, we’re sharing our own cheating stories. Plot twist: it’s actually one of the things that led to us becoming such great friends. We’re spilling all the tea: what happened, what it felt like, what we learned, and turning it into real advice for anyone navigating infidelity, betrayal, and the messy aftermath.

In this episode we get real about:

  • The positive things that come from getting cheated on

  • Why getting cheated on feels so destabilizing

  • The nervous system spiral that happens after betrayal

  • How cheating impacts intimacy and your sex life

  • The work it takes to improve trust in your next partner or relationship or even with casual sex

  • How to have good sex again after infidelity

  • Rebuilding trust in a new relationship (or in casual dating)

  • Forgiving someone but your body not feeling safe yet

  • Couples therapy before marriage (our thoughts)

  • Staying vs. leaving after cheating (aka choose your hard)

Remember, it really does get better, pelvic freaks. We know you'll get through this.
