Cathleen Beerkens (@awellnessrevolution on Instagram) is the founder of A Wellness Revolution, an institute for integrative nutrition, and author of the new book, YOUR CREATOR MATRIX: How to Use Optimal Wellness and Quantum Healing to Master Your Story and Create Your Reality. The book has been recognized by The Eric Hoffer Book Awards, NYC Big Book Award, and the Best Indie Book. Cathleen began her nursing career at Georgetown University Medical Centre in Washington, DC. Where she worked for 11 years. She also spent many years teaching as a Teacher’s Assistant at the Georgetown University Nursing School, conducting childbirth education and working with midwives.

Ari hosts the Growth, Grace, Gratitude Podcast! She is a pre-med/psychology graduate, a professional ballerina, columnist, & author who grew up performing at Lincoln Center with New York City Ballet, Miami City Ballet, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, & at Madison Square Garden.
