In Science in the News, could an elephant foot bone discovered in Spain be evidence of Hannibal’s legendary war elephants? A teacher in Wales has an ancient crocodile species named after him by a former pupil, and Saturday 21st February is World Pangolin Day, and to celebrate, Dan chats with Jessie Schrauger from the Pangolin Conservation and Research Foundation about the vital work being done to protect the world’s most trafficked mammals.
