I've completed the collection! Today I have the final member of the ADHD Adults joining me on the podcast. Dr Alex Conner is here to talk about what i thought was addiction but now, thanks to Alex, I'm viewing it completely differently. Alex has combined his experience as an adult with ADHD, an ADHD coach and a brain scientist to become a trusted voice in psychoeducation in the ADHD community.
Alex is sometimes known as“The Psychoeducation Monkey, as the co-founder and co-host of one of the UK’s most popular ADHD podcasts: ‘The ADHD Adults’. The podcast is one of the ways in which Alex (with his friend and colleague James Brown), communicate the complex evidence behind the causes and treatments of ADHD. Together they combat stigma and disinformation around ADHD and co-founded the registered advocacy and psychoeducational charity “ADHDadultUK” and their evidence-based online magazine for adults with ADHD, Focusmag.uk.
