Run The Bridge Prisca Chesang of Uganda was the first finisher overall in the Battle of the Sexes at Run the Bridge in Hobart, just seconds ahead of countrymen Kenneth Kiprop and Dan Kibet. Leanne Pompeanni was the first Australian female in fifth overall, James Hansen was first Australian man. Run The Bridge Results

The 2023 Tokyo Marathon was won by Deso Gemisa in a sprint finish ahead of Mohamed Esa, both recording a time of 2:05:22, while Canadian Cam Levins set a North American Area Record of 2:05:36. Woody Kincaid outkicked Joe Klecker to win The Ten at the Sound Running Meet in 27:06.37. Eilish McColgan broke the British 10000m record running 30:00.86, ahead of Alicia Monson who broke the American 10000m record in 30:03.82 Sound Running Results
