Interview: Andreas Almgren

Andreas then reflects on his European 10,000m title and his transition from the 800m to double threshold training. He explains what week of training looks like during the base phase and his go to race specific sessions. From there, the talk turns to his upcoming marathon debut in New York. The episode ends with a lighthearted debate about which race victories are the most prestigious.
