INFJs often pride themselves on being observers. Calm. Detached. Above the chaos.

But there is a truth many INFJs do not want to face.

Watching is still participating.

Your nervous system does not care whether you are in the center of the drama or quietly observing it from the sidelines. If your body is tracking tension, scanning emotions, and anticipating impact, you are already part ofthe dynamic.
