This Episode is a deep dive into the world of the Woz with Down South surf physio Trevor Lawrence Brown, Board Store boss Sammy Tucker, and a of course Tbone and Namu along for the ride.

We get into the not-so-glam side of tour life—injuries, rehabs, and how surfers somehow keep paddling out when their bodies are hanging on by tape and good intentions.

Trev breaks down what actually goes wrong (more often than you’d think), and what it takes to get athletes back in the water without falling apart mid-heat.

From there we delve into how the top crew prepare, the mindset needed to compete at that level, and why surfing in places like Hawaii hits a little different.There’s plenty of opinion flying around too—who’s looking sharp, who might be in trouble, and which rookies are about to make some noise.

It’s part surf analysis, part storytelling, and part friendly debate… with a few bold calls that may or may not age well by mid-season.
