Positive Leadership Tip | Ep 7: Leadership is a Transfer of Belief

In this episode, I talk about one of the most important aspects of leadership, transferring belief to your team. It's not enough for you, as the leader, to believe in the vision. You have to make sure your team believes in it, too. I'll share why I think true leadership is about creating a reality where your team sees what's possible, even when they feel like something's impossible. Using stories and real-life examples, like Steve Jobs and his "reality distortion field", I'll help you see how optimism and belief can unlock your team's potential. My hope is that you'll walk away inspired and ready to transfer your belief to those you lead.
