Feel Good: Tune in to your Bod with Lauren Pass Erickson

After a brief hiatus to go on vacation, Lauren returns with ANOTHER Lauren!

That's right, this episode features two Laurens - the most exciting, being our special guest Lauren Pass Erickson!

Lauren is a dance/movement therapist in private practice in Boulder, Colorado. With her training in somatic counseling, dance, and movement meditation, she helps her clients deepen their self-awareness and live their best lives by connecting to their bodies and authentic desires and needs. In addition to working with individual clients and couples, she leads weekly group dance meditations and is a co-facilitator in the women's creative empowerment program WEWILDE.

In this episode we'll chat about embodiment and how to live your best life by listening to your bod, how dance can increase self-awareness and self-expression in your daily life and an upcoming WEWILDE program.
