7 Things To Know About Your Haters

7 Things To Know About Your Haters

Cyberbullying or cyberharassment is a form of bullying or harassment using electronic means. With the rise of social media and technologies, cyberbullying has become very common among teenagers. Cyberbullying is very harmful and in fact traumatizing. In fact, Hana Kimura, from the Netflix's series Terrance House, took her own life in part due to the major stress she was getting from online bullies and haters. In this video, Psych2Go want to cover some of the main reasons why haters hate.

Do you know any haters in your life? Are you dealing with haters right now? A hater is someone who’s negative, who’s critical, who judges you harshly for no reason. So, how to deal with haters, you might ask? Hate is almost impossible to avoid. "Haters gonna hate" and there’s always going to be people out there who can’t deal with who we are. But what can we do? Perhaps, understanding why they hate would be a good start. Empathizing can always be the start of a piece of mind. What do you think? Is empathizing being the bigger person?

If you find this video helpful, you can share it with someone who might be experiencing cyberbullies, bullies, or haters to help them empathize.
