We reflect on that news that De Zerbi had told Spurs last week he wanted to wait until summer, but a lucrative long-term deal has made him open to taking the job now, a five-year contract is understood to be on offer and in the process, De Zerbi will become the third best paid manager in the Premier League behind Pep Guardiola and Mikel Arteta.
