Tr: Baharın ilk ışıkları İstanbul'un göklerinde süzülüyordu.
En: The first lights of spring were gliding over the skies of İstanbul.

Tr: Kuşlar cıvıldarken, mevsimin ferah esintisi Arnavut kaldırımlı yolları ve canlı renkli çiçek tarhlarını okşuyordu.
En: As the birds chirped, the fresh breeze of the season caressed the cobblestone roads and vividly colored flower beds.

Tr: Emir, sabah nöbetine başlamıştı.
En: Emir had started his morning watch.
