Can mouth breathing affect eczema? (S5E7)

In this episode, my guest talks all about how mouth breathing is tied to eczema, skin issues and the overall health of the rest of the body. We also discuss 2 research studies that specifically studied the link between mouth breathing and eczema (links below).
Mouth breathing can be related to:

Asthma & atopic dermatitis
Facial development changes (long narrow face & narrow mouth)
Crooked/crowded teeth & braces
Sleep interruption
Reduced oxygen levels
A tongue-tie
