Pb: No meio das dunas brancas dos Lençóis Maranhenses, sob o sol suave do outono, o grupo de alunos caminhava com entusiasmo.
En: In the midst of the white dunes of the Lençóis Maranhenses, under the gentle autumn sun, the group of students walked with enthusiasm.

Pb: Era uma excursão escolar especial organizada para o feriado de Páscoa, e a cartilha fundamental era clara: não se afastar do grupo, não sair do caminho traçado pelo guia.
En: It was a special school trip organized for the Easter holiday, and the fundamental rule was clear: don't stray from the group, don't leave the path set by the guide.
