In this episode, Rick and Sarah are joined by Joe Wicks, the British fitness coach, author and TV presenter known for his Lean in 15 HIIT workouts and for becoming the “nation’s PE teacher” during the COVID-19 pandemic. Joe will be running/jeffing the 2026 London Marathon (running and “Jeffing”), alongside Daddy Pig from the beloved children’s TV series Peppa Pig in support of The Body Coach Foundation, the charity he founded last year.
