Wallaby Woodland Meditation

To become grounded a connection to earth is needed. This meditation focuses on the sounds of a Queensland woodland with wallabies and bird song. There are few prompts, to allow the focus on the sounds. The sounds include Australian bird song, cows, donkey, kangaroos and wallaby movements throughout.
