What is Body Wisdom and how can it help us be more cognizant? Our minds think. Our bodies feel – it has its own wisdom and ways of knowing things that is separate and distinct from that of the mind. When you become aware of why your body is experiencing certain things, you better understand what it needs, allowing you to operate at optimal levels physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
