She runs customer appreciation events quarterly, uses a paper checklist to onboard every new enrollee, schedules the membership overview before anyone leaves the room, and runs a six-day Oil Camp program every other month to keep customers engaged and loyal. Her PGV has stayed above 2,000 consistently, a reflection of how seriously she takes retention over raw enrollment numbers.
