Tonight’s guest, Phil Kotval, is a Dogman investigator who focuses on encounters that happen in the U.K., where he lives. Phil was featured on Episode 644, two weeks ago, and on that show he talked about a traumatic experience he had one night when he was 8 years old. That was the night a Werewolf came to his bedroom window, while he was staying at his Aunt Sissy’s house.
