98. Who Am I...Really?

98. Who Am I...Really?

We spend so much of our lives trying to work out who we are through personality tests, strengths tests, labels, roles, expectations etc.

But how much of what we identify with is actually us, and how much has been shaped by conditioning, pressure, and the environments we’ve moved through?

In this episode, I explore why Human Design feels so different to traditional personality systems, and why so many people experience a deep sense of recognition when they begin to understand their design.

Not because it tells you who to become, but because it helps you recognise who you already are beneath everything that’s taken you away from what naturally works for you.

I also talk about:

  • conditioning and identity
  • why so many women over 40 begin questioning who they are
  • the conscious and unconscious sides of Human Design
  • and why this stage of life may actually be the beginning, not the ending

This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about understanding yourself differently.

If this speaks to you and you’d like to explore this work more deeply, feel free to get in touch @thriveblueprintbrand.
